If the selected option needs to be submitted for another approval, our support team will reach out to the assigned approver for the booking.

The travel supply chain is complex, involving multiple stages before a booking reaches the principal (the service provider, like an airline).
For example, a booking for a Singapore Airlines flight goes from you to us, then to our Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Sabre, and finally to Singapore Airlines. This complex chain means that data flow can sometimes fail, particularly with less common airlines.
We adhere to strict data encryption and protection rules throughout this process, ensuring that your information is secure, although essential, is also sometimes part of the challenge.
Should there be a disruption affecting your booking, our support team will try to manually book it on our end if we find a similar one. If we don’t, we will reach out to you right away and let you know what options are available to you. Similar to the above, we’ll be reaching out to the assigned approver if needed to save time and save you from any inconvenience.
Payment Issues
Similar to data flow, the transfer of funds also passes through multiple stages. Although it's rare, this process can sometimes experience issues.
To safeguard your transactions, we use direct payments to principals or virtual credit cards. If a payment issue arises, leading to a booking failure, our team will take immediate action to address the problem. We’ll try running your card again, if it goes through, we’ll proceed with the booking. However, if not, then we’ll reach out to you and ask for an alternative payment method.
