If your company has a deposit account with TruTrip, you may request a withdrawal of available funds at any time. This guide walks you through the steps to request a withdrawal, provide the necessary bank details, and track the process until completion.
1. Requesting a Withdrawal
To initiate a withdrawal from your deposit account:

Navigate to the Payment Method page in your TruTrip account.

Select the Account that you want to withdraw from and click on Withdraw Funds.

Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and provide any relevant details in the request form.

Submit your request. You will also receive a request confirmation email.
2. Providing Your Bank Account Details
After submitting your withdrawal request, our support team will reach out to you to confirm your bank account details. To ensure a smooth process:

Respond to the support team’s message with your company’s bank account details.

Make sure that the account information is accurate to avoid any delays.

If necessary, provide any supporting documents as requested by the team.
3. Processing the Withdrawal
Once your request is reviewed and approved:

Our support team will process the transfer of funds to your specified bank account.

The requested withdrawal amount will be deducted from your deposit account in TruTrip.
