Invoice PDFs are often the single source of truth for your finance and audit teams, but the standard layout can leave out context you need like project codes, traveller groups or detailed approval notes.
If needed, you can add up to two specific fields to the invoice PDF files from the invoice settings page (company settings > invoice settings).
How it works
Go to the Invoice settings page and hit "edit" on the custom invoice fields section. When you enable custom invoice fields, the system will let you choose any of the custom fields below from a predefined list:
- Labels (tags you apply to bookings)
- User details (for example, traveller group)
- Approval information (who approved and when)
Once set up, the additional information will show up at the bottom of the PDF as "other details" like this:
