Adding your personal credit or debit card to TruTrip allows for more flexible payment options—whether you’re using your own corporate card or covering a trip personally. This can be especially useful if:

Your company allows self-paid travel claims.

You have a personal or corporate card not managed by your company admin.

You're booking personal or extended travel alongside work trips.
How to Add Your Personal Card

Log in to your TruTrip account.

Navigate to “My Profile” > “Payment Methods.” Or click the link here

Click “Add Card” and enter your personal card details.

Click “Save” to confirm.

Using Your Personal Card During Booking
Once added, your personal card will appear as an option during the payment step of the booking process.

You must add the card before starting the booking to see it as a payment option.

Simply select your card when reviewing payment methods before checkout.
Who Can Access Your Card?
Only you—the person who added the card—can view or use it. Personal cards are not visible to your team members, company admins, or anyone else.
