Once you have made your booking there are two ways to confirm your booking again.
1. Check your email
Once you have completed your booking, you will receive an email with the confirmation. Make sure to check your spam filter in case it got caught there.
Do note that the booking email does not always mean that your ticket has been issued yet. It's merely a confirmation that you have paid for your booking and the ticket is being processed.
2. Check your booking status on the trips page
1) Within your booking portal, select the Trips Icon
2) This will bring up the Trips View that’s categorised as Upcoming, Past or Cancelled / Rejected which will list information of your Flight and Hotel Bookings
