Once you've added users to your company account, you might need to send or re-send invitation emails in two situations:
A user has been added but marked as "Not Invited".
A user has already been invited but hasn't activated their account yet and needs another invitation email.
Follow the steps below to send invitations again.
Re-send invitation emails in bulk
- Go to the Users page from the left-hand navigation.
- Select the users you want to invite.
💡 Tip: Use the "Not verified" filter at the top of the page to quickly see only users who haven't activated their account yet. You can then select all of them at once using the checkbox at the top of the list. - Click the "Send invite" button in the bulk action bar that appears above the user list.
- A confirmation modal will appear showing a summary of the invitations to be sent, including:
- How many users will receive an invitation to set up their account.
- How many users will be skipped because they are already active.
- Click "Send invitations" to confirm. The selected users will receive an email inviting them to activate their TruTrip account.
Re-send invitation emails from the users page
Notes
If the user does not receive the invitation email, ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
You can re-send the invitation as many times as necessary.
The invitation link remains valid for 24 hours—if it expires, simply re-send the email.
