Once you've added users to your company account, you might need to send or re-send invitation emails in two situations:
A user has been added but marked as "Not Invited".
A user has already been invited but hasn't activated their account yet and needs another invitation email.

Notes
If the user does not receive the invitation email, ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
You can re-send the invitation as many times as necessary.
The invitation link remains valid for 24 hours—if it expires, simply re-send the email.
