Multi-city bookings allow you to visit several destinations in one trip without needing to book separate one-way tickets. To ensure you get the best connection logic and the most competitive pricing, our support team reviews these complex itineraries before the final ticket issuance.
How does this work?
Search & Select: You choose your preferred flights for each leg of your journey.
Request Submission: You submit the itinerary as a request. Note that the initial price is an estimate.
Expert Review: The TruTrip team validates the route to check for smarter ticketing options (e.g., combining flights into a single ticket to save costs).
Final Confirmation: We confirm the final price, and once approved, your tickets are issued.
Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these steps to complete your booking:
1. Search for your flights
Select the Multi-City link on the flight search page.
Enter your origin, destinations, and dates.
Choose each flight segment based on your preference (Price, Time, Duration, or Airline). You can mix and match airlines to suit your schedule.

2. Submit booking request
Enter the traveller information as usual.
Review the Estimated Fare: You will see a "Total Estimated Fare."
Your booking will still go for approval if required by your company policy.
Note: Because complex routes often require checking interline agreements or special fares, this price is an estimate and includes a small buffer. Our team will verify the exact final tax and fare breakdown.
3. Manual review by TruTrip
Once submitted, your request goes to our travel experts.
What we will do: We'll check if there is a more logical routing or if separate flights can be combined into a single ticket.
The Benefit: This step helps prevent missed connections due to tight transit times and can lower the total cost.
4. Confirm final pricing and issuance
Once the booking is approved by the relevant managers (if required), we will re-confirm the booking and pricing. At this stage, there are two scenarios that could happen:
If the price remains the same (or is lower): We will proceed to finalise the booking.
If the price changes: We will update the booking details, and ask for re-approval to the manager and traveller with the updated price.
Once everything is in order, and the payment is processed, your e-tickets will be issued immediately.
