Providing company membership details
To ensure your company receives points/miles:
- You can request to add your company’s frequent flyer membership details by contacting our Support team via chat or email.

Once set up, our Support team will ensure the relevant company frequent flyer programme is automatically applied to all future bookings.
👤 Personal Frequent Flyer & Loyalty Programmes
Individual travellers can also continue to earn points and rewards as they would if booking directly with an airline or hotel. They can add their loyalty programmes through their traveller profile page here.
Flights – Frequent Flyer Memberships

This ensures that the miles/points are credited to your personal frequent flyer account.
Hotels – Loyalty Programmes

Travellers can now also add their hotel loyalty programme numbers when booking hotels through TruTrip.

Please note: Whether benefits apply depends on the hotel’s policies and eligibility rules. Your booking will proceed even if the hotel does not accept the loyalty details.
