How to get started?
- Fill Out the Application: It's quick, just under 5 minutes. You'll need to share your contact info, your company's name, and registration numbers. It's a good idea to ask for a credit limit 30% higher than what you usually spend monthly, which you can adjust later.
- Approval Process: GoFluid will review your application. Most of the time, they decide based on the application within three days. If they need more financial info from you, they'll reach out, and you'll know their decision within a week after you've provided what's needed.
- Once approved, you'll get a confirmation email with instructions. In using Go Fluid, it is important to note you are accepting their terms of business. You'll then get your GoFluid portal login details.
- GoFluid tells TruTrip about your credit limit, and TruTrip sets up the payment method for you within a day. Your system admin will get a notice when it's ready.
- Your admin will then give the right permissions to use GoFluid for payments. You can hide the balance by default but change settings easily.
Using GoFluid with TruTrip:
- On your checkout page, pick GoFluid as your payment method. Transactions show up right away in TruTrip.
- To keep things simple, you might want to disable other payment options.
- TruTrip and GoFluid update each other on transactions every Tuesday and Friday, aiming for real-time updates soon
