If you see a banner saying your account is in protected mode, it means TruTrip has temporarily added extra security checks to your account.
Why this happens
Accounts move into protected mode when there's been no active booking for 30 days and no login for 45 days. This protects dormant accounts from fraud or unauthorized use.
When your account is in protected mode you can still book, but some bookings may take longer to process as we will run extra checks and potentially reach out to your admins to ensure everything is in order.
How to get your account out of protected mode
There are two ways to get out of protected mode:
Contact TruTrip Support. We'll confirm a few details to verify the account is still active and being used by the right people, then remove the restriction.
Make a booking. Once the booking is verified and processed accordingly, the company account will be taken out of protected mode.
