When fast approvals is enabled, managers and admins can approve bookings immediately from the overview page without the need to review the booking in detail.
Enabling fast approvals
Fast approvals can be enabled or disabled from the approval settings page (/company/approval-settings)
Once enabled, managers and admins will see the one-click "Approve" button on the approval overview page (/approvals).
Approving bookings from the overview page
Managers/admins will still receive an email notification for an approval request as usual. However on the approvals page, they can immediately approve or reject any trip.
Important things to note:
Upon approval, we still get the latest (updated) price for that booking. So keep in mind that prices can still change at the time of approval:

If the price, at the time of approval, has changed with less than 7% or SGD 16.50 (whichever is less) the booking will immediately be processed. This is essentially to ensure swift processing and reduced failure rates.

If the price has changed (increased) beyond that amount, the system will prompt the approver for a new approval based on the new price.
Of course bookings can still be rejected as well. In both cases, we will then send a confirmation email both to the approver and booker.
