How to Change or Update Your Email Address

If you need to update the email address linked to your TruTrip account, there’s no need to create a new account or deactivate your existing one. You can simply update your email address directly through your traveller profile settings.

Email Update Process: Step-by-Step

1. Add your new email address
   1. Go to your Traveller Profile in TruTrip, or by accessing this link https://app.trutrip.co/me/profile
   2. In the Email Addresses section, click Add Email.
   3. Enter your new email address and save.
2. Check your new inbox for a verification email
   1. A verification email will be sent to the new address.
   2. Open the email and click the verification link to confirm ownership.
3. Verify your new email
   1. After clicking the link, your new email address will be marked as "Verified" in your profile.
   2. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
4. Assign the new email as your primary login email
   1. Once verified, return to your profile.
   2. Click three dots, and then the Make Primary button
   3. This will update your login details, your next login will use the new email.
