We have two subscription plans available. Depending on your business travel volume, one might suit your company better than the other. You can find more details about the differences here as well.
Essentials plan (free)
The essentials plan is typically for smaller organisations with limited travel. Companies on the essential plan have full access to all core travel services (searching, approving, booking travel) as well as some limited access to all administrative features.
Limitations:
- You can manage up to 100 users, 4 groups, and 2 policies. Once you've exceeded any of these limits, you will have to upgrade to the Standard plan or reduce the amount of users/groups/policies in the system. For example if you have 100 users in the platform, you can't add any other users (screenshot below)
- You will have access to 12 months of travel history data in your booking, transactions and carbon footprint reports. All historical trip information (booking vouchers/invoices) will still available from the trips page.
Standard plan
The Standard plan is well suited for any organisation that travels regularly and/or has a large amount of team members. There are no feature limitations to users, groups or policies so the platform grows with you for as long as you need.
In addition all booking and service fees are lower (see pricing). In addition you'll have access to powerful features such as Carbon Footprint reports, Travel Risk Management and various Invoicing (credit line) options.
