If you are in a situation where you need to delete your account, there are several important considerations to keep in mind.
- Please note that TruTrip’s support team is not authorized to delete accounts as we are required by law to retain certain information. However, we can assist you in suspending your account if necessary.
- Only a super administrator within their own organization is able to delete an active account. Reach out to your super admin to have your account deleted.
- Please be aware that a pending invitation account cannot be deleted by a super administrator.
