If you need help with anything relating to your travel, for example booking a team dinner for 50 people, or arranging a hotel room for your team trip, the Concierge is the right answer. In its simplest form, the concierge is where you can request anything relating to your travel, while still staying within the TruTrip platform, so it will go through the same payment and approval process as well.

If hotel and flight don't quite cover what you need for trips that require that are a tad bit more complicated, no worries, we have Trip Planner!
How it works:
- Open up the Trip Planner form from the concierge page: Tell us where you want to go, your preferred travel dates and if you need full-service travel planning, or just a flight & hotel.
- Share any required travel preferences.
- Let us know if you have any accommodation requirements or a specific hotel in mind.
Submit your request and that’s it! Our travel support team will reach out to you within a few hours with some more information. Any fare, cost, or additional fee will always be requested for your (or your manager's) approval.
Other things you can request under Trip Planner
- Restaurant, if you have any dinner planned during your trip, we will help set it up for you.
- Transport, for any transportation request, from airport pickup service, to as simple as going from A to B.
- Events Ticket, from conferences, shows, and events.
- Meeting rooms, have a meeting and need a bit more privacy and the traditional setup?
- Classes and workshops, any specific classes or even team-building events.
- Others, for anything else that is not listed here, just write to us, and we will reach out to you.
Once you've clicked submit, we will process your request. We will get back to you within 24 hours. We will re-confirm with you if there is any payment needed, and confirm with your group manager if approval is required based on the policy applied to you.
