You have 2 methods to confirm if your booking has gone through.
Method 1: Manage My Trip function within your booking portal
- Within your booking portal, select the Trips Icon
- This will bring up the Trips View that's categorized as Upcoming, Past or Cancelled / Rejected which will list icons of your Flight and Hotel Bookings
Method 2: Email Confirmation
- Once you have completed your booking, you will receive an email with the confirmation directly from us
- Please wait at least 30 minutes between completing your booking on your platform and receiving the email confirmation
