You can set up different payment methods for your travellers to use based on your company's policy or requirements.
At the moment you can pay by card, deposit accout , A pre-approved credit line (invoicing). The fees are explained below.

For customers on the Manage and Optimise plan, the 15 credit term fee is waived. The only applicable fee in this case in the 2.7%. You can read more about the subscription plans in this help article.
