However, it is important to note the following requirements which are in place to ensure your safety and security:
- Our customer service agents will not accept credit card information provided in email/chat. All verification of card details will be done via a phone call in order to verify your identity.
- In order to be compliant and to adhere to local Personal Data Protection Acts (PDPA), the conversation alluding to providing payment details will not be recorded hence it will only be available at the specific time the conversation is ongoing between a customer service agent and you.
